Your hobby and your job - where do you see similarities? How does your hobby help you in your day-to-day work?

I do different things all the time and appreciate the variety. It's usually something creative, but I also like organizing or trying out different sports. I really like it when I can “dig in” to new things, meet new people, learn new skills and see new places. Just routine would be nothing for me - both professionally and privately.

Are there any events or traditions that you particularly like at the TIMETOACT GROUP or in your company?

We do something competitive at all our company events - small team competitions, puzzles, challenges, etc. Motivating each other to achieve top performance without losing sight of the fun - that's what sets us apart.

What motivates you to come to work every day?

The wide range of tasks in a job that I was able to put together based on my strengths. This allows me to be the best support for my colleagues.

What tip would you give future colleagues?

Get to know yourself! Your talents are your strengths. The better you are aware of them, the more outstanding your performance can be and the more suitable you can shape your path.
